Hard Rock Locations in Malta

Hard Rock first arrived on the island in 2000 with the opening of Hard Rock Cafe Malta, later expanding into additional bar concepts and a Valletta based location that became central to the market. While several earlier venues including airport and bar formats closed over time, the Valletta cafe has remained a consistent anchor and the airport based cafe continues to operate as part of the country’s travel focused segment. In 2024 a new Valletta City Rock Shop was introduced, reinforcing the tourism driven retail component. Today the Valletta cafe, the airport cafe and the city center rock shop remain open, defining Malta as a compact but resilient Mediterranean market.
