Hard Rock Locations in Egypt

Hard Rock first expanded into the Egyptian market in 1998 with the opening of Hard Rock Cafe Sharm el Sheikh. In the early 2000s additional cafes and retail concepts opened in Cairo and Hurghada, though several of these locations later closed during different restructuring phases. A renewed focus on key Red Sea and resort destinations has kept Sharm el Sheikh and Nabq open, supported more recently by retail driven rock shops in Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh. Today the country maintains a mix of established resort based cafes and merchandise focused outlets, making it one of the most historically significant Hard Rock markets on the African continent.
